I’m so excited to finally say this. Lower eyeliner tattoo is now available at DAELA Cosmetic Tattoo in Portland.

For a long time, lower eyeliner was something I chose not to offer. Not because it wasn’t beautiful in theory, but because the techniques simply weren’t where they needed to be. Styles were heavier, darker, and often too harsh for the delicate lower lash line.

That has completely changed.

The industry has evolved, and so have the techniques. Lower eyeliner today is softer, lighter, and far more natural. When done correctly, it doesn’t shrink the eyes or weigh them down. Instead, it creates balance, definition, and a finished look that still feels like you.
